After a four-pass roller mill extraction, the juice is blended with pure volcanic spring water from Navichi Springs, then fermented in stainless steel vats with proprietary yeast. Double distilled in stainless steel pots with copper coils, the tequila is aerated and rested in stainless steel vats for one to three months to allow the flavors to settle and mature.
