The Pedro Ximénez influence brings a sweetness and velvety texture that sits alongside the natural spice of the agave. Expect rich dried fruits, raisins, prunes and apricots, with warm star anise and cinnamon on the finish.

Only 330 bottles were produced from this barrel, making it a collector's release with the depth and character of a single cask.
