Cabal Blanco Caballo is an unaged tequila bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. Made from blue agave, it is left to rest without barrel time so the spirit arrives with its agave character intact.
The profile is fresh and vibrant: blue agave up front, with crisp lime and citrus, a touch of pepper and a green, herbaceous finish.
A straightforward blanco built on quality agave, clean in style and true to the raw material.
