I'm upset over not receiving my shipment. The order was placed on 6/16, but didn't arrive until 6/24, when I was out of town. UPS tried again on 6/25 and 6/26. On 6/26, the same day I returned from my trip, UPS returned the shipment to sender (Barbank).
What infuriates me is that when I realized the shipment would arrive while I was out of town and would require a signature, I reached out to Barbank (see messages below), requesting instructions on what step to take to ensure delivery. I received a Barbank Support response, promising me that someone from Barbank would be in touch. That never happened and I was never told what steps to take to ensure delivery.
So, please tell me how I can receive my order.
