Booker's "Big Easy" Batch 2026-01 is the first release in the 2026 Booker's Bourbon series — a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey hand-selected, bottled uncut and unfiltered, and offered at full barrel proof from Jim Beam's Clermont distillery. Named for the spirit of the Crescent City and the easy hospitality that defined the late Booker Noe's approach to bourbon, "Big Easy" carries the rich, oak-forward weight that the Booker's name has been built on since 1988 — when Booker Noe pulled the first barrels of what would become the original modern small-batch bourbon.
Like every Booker's batch, "Big Easy" is selected from barrels aging in the center cuts of Jim Beam's rack houses, where temperature swings drive deeper interaction between the spirit and the new charred American oak. No water is added before bottling. No chill filtration smooths off the edges. What's in the bottle is what came out of the barrel — and the way Booker himself preferred to pour it.
