Boodles Rhubarb & Strawberry Gin is a fragrant pink gin built on the classic Boodles London Dry, infused with garden rhubarb and fresh juicy strawberries. The infusion gives the gin a blushing pink hue and a sweet, tart fruity character. Bottled at 35% ABV (70 proof) in a 750 ml bottle.
The aroma leads with berry and hints of juniper. On the palate, sweet and tart fruit is joined by subtle notes of lemon, currant jam, and juniper, and the finish is tart and smooth with a lingering sweetness.
