Bombay Distilled London Dry Gin is made by vapor infusion, a process in which the heated spirit vapors pass through the botanicals rather than steeping in them. It was the first distilled London Dry Gin produced this way, and it follows one of the oldest gin recipes on record.
Eight selected botanicals give the gin its balance. The profile is juniper-forward, with high citrus notes, liquorice and hints of cinnamon, rounded out by subtle floral and earthy undertones.
