Here the idea is applied to American distilling, with malt whiskey drawn from six producers: Balcones Distillery in Texas, Hamilton Distillers Del Bac in Arizona, MGP in Indiana, Harvest Distillery in New York, Santa Fe Distillery in New Mexico and Kings County Distillery in Brooklyn.
Bottled at 59.11% ABV in a 750 ml format, the blend sets tangy Southwestern mesquite smoke against sweet, creamy barley malt, while briny coastal peat runs alongside warm vanilla from toasted oak.
