Banhez Mezcal Artesanal Joven Jabali is an artisanal mezcal made from wild Jabali maguey. Bottled at 47% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, it is a joven expression, unaged so the character of the agave and the traditional production method come through undiluted by wood.
The profile is built on smoke and minerality, with wild agave at the center and a lift of citrus. Complex mineral notes and clear agave character mark it as a mezcal made in the traditional artisanal style.
