About Baileys

Baileys began with an Irish idea: bring together two things the country was known for, dairy cream and Irish whiskey. After two years of experimentation, the 1974 recipe added fine spirits along with chocolate and vanilla flavors, and it still anchors drinks and desserts from cheesecake to hot chocolate.
