Aviation American Gin is a 50 ml bottle at 42% ABV (84 proof), built from a blend of botanicals sourced from around the world. It was developed to complement the floral, refreshing-tasting Aviation cocktail and has become a fixture of the American distilling movement.
The nose opens with juniper, floral sweetness and citrus peel. The palate carries spicy notes of cardamom and cinnamon alongside those same floral tones, closing with a soft, lingering finish.
The gin is presented in an Art Deco inspired bottle that echoes the look of the Jazz Age on a shelf or bar cart.
