Astral Tequila is produced in Amatit\u00e1n, Jalisco, Mexico from 100% blue agave, following time-honored methods that include a tahona for milling and agave fibers (bagazo) in the fermentation. Because the process draws on more of the agave plant, the result is a bright, agave-forward tequila.
