Angel's Envy brings together 200 years of bourbon tradition and an independent master craftsman's instinct to improve on it, hand blending batches of 8 to 12 barrels at a time. Every barrel is tasted at each stage of aging, and every whiskey is finished in hand-selected barrels, with the bourbon and cask strength going into ruby port casks and the rye into rum barrels. There is no set time for the finishing process.
