Only 492 bottles were released in the US, making it the oldest Eigashima Shuzo expression sold stateside. It is bottled non-chill filtered at 50% ABV in a 750 ml format.
The aroma leads with pecans and stewed strawberries, backed by allspice and charred oak. On the palate, clove and toasted black pepper sit alongside vanilla bean, while the finish turns toward honey-drizzled peaches, grilled figs and a faint trace of sea salt. Heavily spiced but held in check, it reads as a refined Japanese single malt shaped by the bourbon cask.
