Our award-winning Pacific Coast Spirits Agave Añejo is a top-shelf expression crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave, grown and harvested in the heart of Jalisco, Mexico. Aged for two full years in our ex-bourbon barrels, this spirit offers a rich, layered profile that deepens the signature character found in our renowned Blanco and Reposado agave spirits—often referred to as “tequila,” though crafted outside the traditional denomination of origin.

Cooked in traditional ovens, the agave piñas are juiced, fermented, and double-distilled before aging, developing into a bold and complex spirit made for sipping.
