Pale straw in color, the Acrobat Pinot Gris Oregon shines through with bright, crisp flavors. Rose petal elements on the nose highlight aromas of apple, pear and orange blossom. Following the nose are flavors of crisp Fuji apple, pear and minerality. These mingle on the mid-palate, rounding out a medium-bodied mouthfeel with nice acidity and a refreshing, bright finish.
