1800 Artist Essential Blanco is built on the original formula dating back to the year 1800, using nothing but 100% agave, water and yeast. In the glass it shows crystal clear with blond highlights, while the nose opens soft and sweet, carrying floral and fruit notes alongside spice, black peppercorns and agave.
The palate is smooth, clean and balanced, with sweet prune and roasted pepper coming through, and the medium finish fades out on fruity pepper. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 750 ml bottle, with no additives. Serve it straight, chilled or over ice, garnished with a slice of lime.
