The aroma opens with herbal and floral notes, a subtle smokiness and woodiness, and a touch of petrichor, with cooked agave, vanilla, and fresh guava behind them.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe palate is velvety, with a gentle sweetness that sits alongside the wood notes and a balance of fruit and smoke. Vanilla and a hint of star anise carry into the finish, where wood and earth notes linger. Bottled at 750 ml, 40% ABV.
